Our pricing is very simple - it's based on the number of screens that EventIgnite runs on during an event. It does not include screen hire (available separately from your local AV Partner)

Standard Package – £250 per screen

Great for events with uncomplicated content, that don’t require Digital Adverts

What’s included:

  • All EventIgnite Digital Signage features, plus:

  • Uploading event programme from event website

  • Remote content support before and during the event

Great for events that generate sponsorship revenue from Digital Adverts and require dedicated support of our team.

What’s included:

  • Everything in Standard Service package, plus:

  • Uploading event programme – from event website or via API link

  • Sponsored Digital Adverts – end-to-end creation of unlimited Digital Adverts

What is the total cost of event digital signage?

The additional costs include:

  • Screen rental from your AV supplier

  • Power sockets (500W)

  • (Recommended) Internet connection

For most events, the total cost of digital signage will average £700 – £900 per screen.
